An evil merman who rules over the ravine. He lures merfolk in with his charm. May or may not be a cannibal, though seeing as the merfolk he eats aren't angler based I suppose it wouldn't be cannibalism.
He has a similar personality to Disney Hades, except replace the anger issues with being edgy instead.
