New oc Circe!!!! She is 14 and a witch. She is gifted in foresight and spells. She also has mind powers like all the witches. Telekinesis and such. And can create and control fire. She is very pretty. But has major anger issues. At her school you never show your face to symbolize unity. I will have more drawings of her soon!
