Kuih-muih is Malay, the meaning is the bited-size of snack or desserts in Southeast Asia. I combined these delicious kuih-muih together with the cutest cat “meow” become kuih-meow.

Bai Tang means white sugar, although the name means the white sugar is the main ingredient for this kuih, but mostly people won’t less the sweetness as well. The ingredients only white granulated sugar, rice flour, active dry yeast, water and oil for brushing. Simple just mix these all together and steam, ready to eat the childhood tea time cake 🍰
