AKA Brent’s Uncle (not an original joke, but I saw it on the Party Crashers Subreddit earlier this year and I just could not resist to reference it). Also the subject of a rather interesting line said by Bumbles McFumbles during his first Punch-Out!! Cheaters video, which he referenced again in the second video.
Next Level Games really seem to be poking fun at everyone in the Wii game, as in that game, they made Bear Hugger even more stereotypically Canadian. NLG also happens to be Canadian.
Fun fact: they are also responsible for developing the Luigi’s Mansion sequels (except for the HD version of the second game). Being the Luigi (and of course Luigi’s Mansion) fan I am, I cannot forget to bring this up.
