There is corruption within her. Something she does not want to let out. But sometimes. That corruption finds ways to break free.

Echo belongs to me. She is not a Sans or any other kind of skeleton that has been created already. I love Undertale yes, but Echo here is basically me in skeleton form. So saying she is fan art created or similar to UT would be like saying I'm an UT characters as well. Which wouldn't be a bad thing but it's besides the point.

Though I said this is Echo, it is actually not. It is another personality that lives deep within her. Trying to break free from her prison. She is not hurting anyone. She is locked in the mind scape of Echo. She is simply using her version of Echo's scythe to break free. Like using a nail filer to ware down the bars of a prison cell.
