he can levitate anything that he can carry with relative ease, and since he's underweight he can levitate himself too
yes everything he levitate (but himself) has a spell circle around it
he drinks tea a lot to calm his nerves
the liquid inside himself is a type of soda (dont ask how *it* knows) and it does obey the laws of gravity, so as you can see in his hands, the one carrying his teacup (which he uses all the time) has the soda going down while the other one is resting at the bottom
it traded one of its eyes for it's powers. I wonder who it got them from...?
