For if you can't read the steps:
1. Make a base head
2. Modify the base head and add 2 lines
3. Erase the inner lines and make an E (at a slant)
4. Erase the base head and extend th top of the (Slanted) E
A. Make fur with different triangles
B. Add ears to the (Slanted) E and make a face
5. Add step 4 A and B together
6. Add fur to the ears and upscale
