Just my take of what would happened if the joker successfully transform Tim into his little son.
So what I imagine is, tim was raise aristocratic, so I think he would be insane in a terribly intelligent way. The purple suit he might wear it, maybe. His style is draw so that he could ran his hand though when frustrated.
From som fanfic, most portrait his smile as crooked so I crooked it a little.
I still had a long way to go.
