Connie needs a redesign, a huuuuge redesign. If you're a new follower, Connie is the dog-goat hybrid on the right. You are allowed to make her different shades of blue, but keep yourself form making her too dog-like. You can change the markings too. The winner will have their design used, two ichtian adoptables and a request! The runner up gets an ichtian and a adoptable.
