Tangerine is the fifth member of the Billiards. She works as a lifeguard and is an excellent swimmer. After the fourth member of the Billiards was introduced, Tangerine became Mandarin Masquerade, a vigilante with an orange motif and defender of the sea. She was given those abilities due to her pet goldfish, Clementine (I'll explain her later).
The Mandarin Masquerade design is supposed to be a parody of 80s-90s Sentai Heroes and magical girl manga.
