Reading Tokyo ghoul for the entire night be like…
I don’t remember doing something so extreme for any other series. It just pulled me in and didn’t let go, and I wasn’t strong enough to stop…
What can I say, this series is something else. It can make me laugh, it can make me cry, it can traumatise, it can inspire, it can make me feel for/sympathise with characters which I initially hated and it can break me by revealing that one of my favourite characters is probably the craziest one of them all…
Anyways, i can clearly see Ishida Sui’s influence over these sketches. Lazania looks almost like ghoul investigator(only maybe she needed a white suit) and Rio, of all people, is wearing a clown costume… I would like to learn from Ishida Sui, because after reading so much of Tokyo ghoul he really rose in the ranks of my favourite manga authors. He’s currently at the very top…
