I've finally done him.
Here's some info about Phonk:
• he's chill and laid back
• he actually lived in the violet void once before Neon's reincarnation
• his AU was destroyed by one of the destroyers (Phobiess found him before it collapsed)
• he loves Phonk music (obviously)
• he usually tags along with Violet and V (he acts like an older brother to them), but he most likely wanders off without them knowing lol
• likes to doze off in random places (Violet finds him really easily)
