This is my style of what it would look like. Also if you look at the other Eevee Evolutions there are desc about them
Name - joltite
Type - electric and dark
Species - Electric-type Pokémon
Habitat - found in the most stormy Weather.
Evolve - a thunder stone and you have to be in the middle of a thunder storm.
When this Pokemon is fighting it will make it fur stuck up more to look big to scary the other pokemon. They also do this when they are using a move, to make it look stronger. joltite doesn't have the sharp claws like the other eevee evolutions, this is because it likes to run, when running it gets a lot energy and turns that energy to Electricity.
