"On June 20, 2039, at approximately 3:50am, SSCam AZ-734 alerted Magdesshire Police Department of a wanted criminal in a Car Park on Red Leaf Way in the Sunset district of Magdesshire. AZ-734 was set up by the Crooked X investigation team (CXI) after reports of graffiti allegedly written by a high ranking member of the Anathi known as "LOKI: Scoria" (true alias unknown). Fifteen minutes prior to her arrival, three unidentified youths began scratching out a Crooked X that had previously been marked on the wall. At 3:47am, the three youths became visibly agitated.
