The hat looks more like it would fit with an "Atom" themed Copy Ability, but I couldn't think of a good way to make half of Saturn work as a hat on his head.
You catch enemy projectiles (or a star if the orb kills the enemy) with the orbs, and then they orbit around you, acting as a defensive shield until you throw them at an enemy and it hits, or they take enough damage.
Two Orbs passively orbit around you, dealing contact damage to enemies. The attack power varies based on what is caught.
Attack throws one of the two orbs (and anything it may have caught) outwards before quickly coming back. Range is short.
Up+Attack does the same as above, but straight up
Down+Attack makes the orbs spin around you rapidly
Block right as you're about to make contact with an enemy and you'll whoosh over and around them, being invincible while doing so.
