it reveals a characteristic of felix's which i had had in my head for a while now, which is the fact his neon features can change color like an rgb pc. He technically and theoretically can do it on command and porpouse, even being able to replicate complex patterns! like an led screen! only problem is not only does he not know how, he doesn't know he can in the first place, and it only happens subconsciously. This also applies to the icon in his ear, it usually takes up a cloud, loading icon, heart, exaggerated exclamation mark, question mark, etc.
it happens depending on his mood and usually serves as a neon sign showing his feelings, or alternatively and namely, a music visualizer like shown in the pic. The one shown is a simple gradient, but it also tends to mimic edm live show displays. People don't usually too perplexed or amazed to mention it, or they're embarrased to point it out.
