I just finished Psycho-Pass whole anime and movies (; u ; )
Ahhh best cyberpunk themed so far... The characters development are awesome! Full of plot-twist huh. Also, I love when an action anime are less romantic, just focusing on their story line and characters development.
This art inspired by Psycho-Pass S1 Cour 2 Opening, when Kougami smokes on the car. I changed the background ^^"
