Spirou and Fantasio is one of the most popular Franco-Belgian comics. Spirou is a character created by French cartoonist Rob-Vel (1902-1991). Fantasio is a character created by Belgian cartoonist Jijé (1914-1980). Gulp and Acapulco are Sir Opium's henchman and henchwoman. Gulp and Acapulco are created by Spanish cartoonist Daniel Torres.
