Yes I know, I’m much later than usual, I needed to tend to some of my side hustles so this side hustle got neglected, also I batched some food for the next week because even though I lost a lot of unwanted weight from only eating fruit (listen after you have a few weeks of not having anything fresh in so you will also eat mainly fruit) I feel weak and tired which is not the vibe. So protein and complex carbs is in order~
Also I decided to move my rest day to Friday instead of Saturday, as Friday is my hair wash day, so see ya at Saturday ~
