Here is the Spirit of Halloween, the character I don't currently have a name for! He is the same species as the Boogeyman, and loves to play tricks and gives people treats if they find him. His toes and fingers are those needles people use for sewing, and he has horn-looking hair on the top of his head. Definitely not keeping this design, but at least it's something!
