I know there is a bit of confusion on Leos gender, They are non binary (they/them) like me, and the gender they were born as is (well take a guess). For clarity on the other 2 , 12 is also they/them and born the same gender as Leo was , and siren is a boy that is a little more feminine (he got curves) and likes to dress in slightly more feminine clothing form time to time.
