I found this characters quite similar in appearance. In the end I found out Yana Toboso designed them. So after that I could understand why the rest of characters were so similar too. This ones are Idia Shroud from Twisted Wonderland and Grell Sutcliff from Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji.
