247 is an it. It cant talk, eat, and it cant breathe properly. It was a failed experiment and before it was tested on it had to be tagged. Genetic mutation cemicals were tested on it witch causes its bird feathers and horns to randomly appear and occasionally shed. These genitic mutation chemicals also infected it's dna witch caused it to take the melting like form it has now. Whenever it feels threatened it will melt into a puddle not taking an form and in some occasions will split itself appart into four different peices. This is called the departation effect.
