i think ig tutorials are great but they can be pretty vague and can lead to much disappointment specially if you're a beginner.
youtube, on the other hand, are a great source of tutorials. but it's also up to you which works best.
just know that art skill takes time. don't be discouraged if your art does not turn out the way that you wanted it to be. instead, take this experience to correct your mistake for your next art!
