This is an add-on to Nyxien's reference sheet. The purple wolfmoon stone embedded in his paw summons his sword with the same gem between the blade and the handle. It holds demonic magic that can put Nyxien, or a user who didn't handle the sword correctly, in critical condition where they end up in the hospital.
