Jemparingan is Indonesian (Yogyakarta) traditional archery with different postures. the archer usually shoots in a sitting position cross-legged and puts the bow parallel to the chest. This unique position teaches the archer to concentrate more and aim with the heart, so that body and soul can unite. and sometimes the elderly people still hold competitions by wearing traditional clothes. I just love to see them...
