I feel like I can never properly open up to anyone. I'll just get brushed over, or ruin the mood, or need to talk about it coincidentally when the group chat is happy. I feel like I can't make good relationships or take care of them correctly. Sometimes when I'm trying to vent, someone else starts venting too or something and I never have the courage to speak up, and instead I just go and leave or try to comfort them. I push my emotions aside until my breaking point, and its not healthy. I feel like I don't have anyone I can rely on when I feel horrible, and if I just had that person then maybe life wouldn't be as bad. Venting doesn't even help ask that much, I just feel worse because now whoever read it feels bad.
