Have you ever questioned why depression is becoming more common at any age? But since I am a teenager, you always hear that "you're just in the adolescence stage, your hormones are just getting wild.". I thought it's a bit difficult for me to manage myself because I am an emotional person. Nevertheless, on the second thought, why do adults still get depressed?
Though, I didn't know that I am numb. I suppose I still sense emotions. However, my sickness points out that; I should live more humanly. I chuckled.
That I need to breathe more, to smile more, to laugh more, to sleep more, to live more my life; like how can I? When this world screams otherwise. I'm just like the average teenager that is floating around.
