The girl is Cecily and belongs to her and the male is Laconic and belongs to me!
He's just crushing on her since they're not in a relationship so to speak. Not to mention Laconic is socially awkward around women but he finally got the guts to at least get the tom boy a rose, and hey she hasn't rejected him just mildly embarrassed that a guy actually approached her for valentines day.
