Quirk: cloud hair (yeah yeah I know im not creative )
As the name of the quirk says her hair is a cloud it can produce rain, thunder, and even snow, depending on the climate, some emotions can trigger some of these acts like sadness and anger, an example would be if she started to cry her hair would start to rain, Amara can hold her hair like if it’s solid but if other people touch her hair it goes through like a normal cloud

Lil backstory
Ever since she learned what a hero is she wanted to be one, even though her quirk isn’t suitable for hero work she still did her best to enter a hero course, she trained and even learned ways to use her quirk in combat, she was all ways rejected from every hero course school, she slowly lost hope of ever achieving her dream, accepting defeat she continues her life as an independent woman with her own business :)
