Decided to merge the two pictures involving my Oc Tetsuya Enno (円野鉄矢), who was a former contest entry of mine for Yume 100 back in November 2015 (hence the prince and Moon - Normal - Sun gimmicks) and considering he's the prince of Weather and his powers come from them it felt logical ^^ Sometimes Tetsuya can also be nicknamed the Prince of Thunder because of the thunder-shaped arrows he can shoot. He holds a portfolio under his Moon appearance since he's into arts and despite his confident and collected look, he's in fact very shy and unsure of himself. His Sun and Normal appear vaguely in the BG. I ran out of time so I merged the two ideas I had involving both him and weather so it may look a bit cluttered ^^"'
