This is the character from a story of mine and drawn entirely with a trackpad!
He was attacked by a Lizzal as a child, scarring his winds permanantly and taking his ability to fly. Once his wings recovered enough, he packed his things and left the Rito villiage,. After a few years of living on his own, killing any Lizzals he saw, he stumbled upon Hyrule Castle and saw Ganon up close for the first time. After fighting his way inside, Ganon, having been watching him for maybe a few months, knew of his reputation with the Hylians and Zora for being an incredible technology worker, and offered Grioli a place on his army, working with steam machines, metal, earth, and even promised him total control over select Lizzals. He accepted. Having convinced himself that the only worthy company was himself, Grioli took great pleasure in tormenting the lizzals under his control, sending them to repair boilers, work with extremely hot metal.
