I thought since I've been experimenting with a lot of different things in my art, that it was finally time to step things up and make more different kinds of pictures. I feel it's important for me to do different things in order to grow more as an artist. For a start, this is Sel in a graveyard. She's kinda staring blankly. It's possible she may just be lost in thought, since she has those moments. Either that or she's just looking around the place. What she's doing there/thinking about is up to the audience's interpretation.
I drew this a bit simplistically since I didn't want to jump into drawing something too detailed quite yet. I'm just trying to experiment with drawing backgrounds and get used to it. Something I noticed last minute was that the tombstones turned out too small, so I apologize for that. Other than that, I am pleased with how the picture turned out.
