Started feeling really down out of nowhere today and wasn't really my best. But one I calmed myself down a bit I drew this.
Just me now looking back and my past self, if only I knew that things would turn out ok for me. Life is still hard and depressing sometimes but looking back, I'm taking care of myself much better than I used to.
For anyone feeling a similar way, just know that it really does get better, even when you get yourself that it cant. Just keep in mind that taking care of yourself and giving yourself time to breathe will help more than you give yourself credit for.
