One hand she held tightly against her chest, keeping her silk scarf over her mouth, and the other reached out to touch my face. Her fingers were like delicate Sakura petals as they brushed lightly against my cheek. I held my breath as she brought her face closer to mine. I could feel her warm breath clouding around my face as I gazed into her soft gray eyes. Her wispy gray hair flowed around her as if she were underwater. She pressed a thin gray finger to my lips as she started to fade away. I breathed in the last of her cold, flowery scent until all that was left was pale Sakura petals, the color slowly draining away from them.
