I thought on just giving Neon a new clothing design (expect for the sweater and scarf), the only big design on it is his robe.
I gave it an eye above the rim of the hood (not an actual eye), so it's mostly to scare some Violet amalgamates and making him more frightening when he puts his hood up.
The vibrant parts makes him more scarier in the violet void or at dark areas, because of how well his clothes reflects (like one of those vibrant vests at work and some parts of the bike e.g.)
