The girl represents the fog in the forest. She is within the forest that she can see through and breath in and out of the creatures around her. The bottom of her dress shows that she was part of the river, obtaining the characteristics of water. The light that she is holding is is the focus point since people normally would like to see through the air and find the light. Fog is ever moving and not solid, she travels slowly in the forest and gets a touch of the nature bit by bit.
