So basically, Shiro uses his quirk to transform Nekay into three separate beings that serves as a way of defence and attack, also, Shiro can see what they can see, its like if they were connected mentally, and they are pretty aggressive to practically everyone except Shiro, This technique cannot last too long, not more than 30min because it can derive in the lack of control of this cerberus, becoming more and more aggressive until the point that it cannot be controlled
