this is Prism, he's a royal guard and Neons older brother.
Fact:
Neon is actually a human, but before he became a skeleton and lost his memory, he died of sacrificeing himself to save his brother from X gaster when he was going to erase their AU.
after the attack, Prism thought he was actually dead, but he dreamt that he's alive. So in a way, he searched every AU and the whole anti void to find him so that they can reunited together.
