Ever since childhood I have been suffering from Ligyrophobia, which makes me extremely vulnerable to loud noises.
As Christmas is approaching, my neighbours will always put on firework shows throughout the nights. Although it is supposed to be a joyous night for everbody, to me it is the worst and most torturous night I'll have. Every boom! bang! from the fireworks literally gives me a mini heart attack, what's worse is that there is no way to escape from the noises. In the end, I was completely sleepless and tired.
I don't really mind what I'll get for Christmas, all I want is a nice earmuff to block out the noises so that I can finally sleep in peace ...
