In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are famous for our local cuisine which originated from different races that resulted from our multiracial and multicultural society.

The 3 majority races that dominated the country are Malay, Chinese and Indian. We have the famous 'Nasi Lemak' which is sold by Makcik Kiah here. Nasi Lemak consists of rice cooked in coconut milk and Pandan leaves. It is served with Sambal (spicy sauce), fried anchovies, toasted peanuts, and cucumber. Meanwhile, Muthu is pulling tea using 2 cups. He is making 'Teh Tarik', a traditional foamy Malaysian milk tea. Last but not least, Ah Chong is selling Durian. It is a strong-smelling fruit but is loved Malaysians for its' unique taste. Complete as one whole dish. Enjoy your meal!
