This is Zeth he is a bomberman. Bomber Zeth, he is the main character of my comic that I am working on. I have yet to make a full bio of him. I just hope that the simple design isn't to much.
No he isn't "evil". But, he has some dark traits and prefer to be alone and in the dark.
