she's basically unrelated to copper but here's something about her:
she's an offering from the octarian menace to the salmonoids. she left them quickly because they were mean to her and she generally didn't like them. so then she went to inkopolis square, didn't like it there so she's trying out splatsville. maybe she'll meet someone there ;)
