so this is what anxiety is at least to me I've always had a problem with being in public and I've never been able to do public speaking. I think most people have disliked the idea of being watched all the time unless they like the attention so if anyone is having a bad day i just want to say your not alone and people can help you.
P.S Your doing amazing keep it up!
