Aqua and Eel are going to show up in Rising Shadows chapter 4. They are twin tidelwave dragons. (aka species in Rising shadows.) Aqua is straight and Eel is gay. (That's right he's a gay bean!) Eel is mute so Aqua either speaks for him or he writes what he wants to say on a piece of paper. So there's some facts about them.
