Felt like drawing a dark rainy scene to get some all around practice, so here it is. The lights kinda suck in the bg, but I'm not really sure how else to draw something shining and convey that it's a bright object, I dunno. Anyway, Izumi has her mask worn around her neck here, so you can see her face, and it doesn't look terrible this time! As always, feel free to leave and feedback and thanks for looking!
