I think I got the prompt wrong this could also easily mean the 1990s era of SSC but too late now lol, if I need to remake this I will.
I think this turned out really cute though! I took the most inspirations from her looks in the 80s specials and the outfits in Sister Sister if anyone watched that. I lav her.
