I know I haven't posted in a while, but this here took me since the start of August I really hope you like it!!
Insight:
I was thinking if what themes really defined horror to me and I was split between "fear of the unknown" and "fear of death" so I tried both👀
I decided to represent death with the faces on the walls each of which witnesses some form of death:
Right: witnesses the character's death
Left: witnesses any unknown beings begin to kill
And the top: well...
Lets just say that's a fourth wall breaker...
ANYWAYS!
The fear of the unknown was represented by the mysterious being that seems to come through a portal and the shadowy figure near the guys body.
