Pecel is a food consisting of boiled vegetables and side dishes that are served with a different base according to the city of origin of the pecel, for example a stick dish called ingke, pincuk, or bamboo spoon. Vegetables served include long beans, bean sprouts, cucumbers, cassava leaves, and basil leaves.
