Where I live there are some myths or stories about sleep paralysis, they say when we have sleep paralysis, it means something is pressing on our bodies, that's what old people say. Yes, the first time I experienced it, it was a bit scary, because I seemed to hear or see something that didn't make sense, people called it a 'ghost' (?). After that, sleep paralysis became like a routine for me, until now it's still a nightmare for me. Because of that I have a sleep disorder, and I sleep less than 4 hours a day, sometimes I don't sleep at all. But when I think about it, it's kind of funny, and suddenly I thought, "what if it wasn't a 'ghost', just imagine it's Daddy Toji, Satoru, or even getou," thanks to that, for the first time in my life was having sleep paralysis, now I really want to feel it.
